Frequently Asked Questions

What documents do I need to rent a scooter?
You need a valid physical driving license (Category A or B for 125cc if older than 25) and a valid ID or Passport. Digital copies are not accepted.
Can the scooter be delivered to me?
Yes, we do deliver right to your door, book and insert the address for delivery.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required upon pickup. The amount depends on the scooter model and insurance option chosen. We accept Cards payments, all cards.
Does the rental include helmets?
Yes, one helmet is included in the standard price. A second helmet can be added as an extra.
What is the fuel policy?
We operate on a "Same to Same" policy. You should return the scooter with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations are free of charge.
