How much does Premium Insurance cost?
The Premium upgrade costs €13 per day, in addition to your motorcycle rental.

Is standard insurance already included?
Yes. Standard insurance is included on all motorbikes at no extra charge. Premium is an optional upgrade with the additional benefits listed above.
What should I know about damage support?
If you damage the rented scooter and are at fault, Premium covers the damage cost up to a maximum contribution of €500 from Olin. If the total damage cost exceeds €500, you pay the remaining amount. This is Olin’s maximum contribution, not a €500 excess payable by you.
Examples:
€300 damage: Olin pays €300; you pay €0.
€500 damage: Olin pays €500; you pay €0.
€800 damage: Olin pays €500; you pay €300.
These examples concern the damage contribution; rental charges and the applicable rental conditions remain separate.
What is the €100 hold for?
With Premium, the vehicle-damage deposit is €0. We collect a separate €100 refundable hold for potential penalties or parking tickets attributable to your rental. This is separate from damage protection and does not cap your liability for valid penalties. Any deduction must be documented; collection and release arrangements are stated in the rental agreement.
When does Premium damage protection not apply?
The optional Premium damage benefit does not apply to damage arising from driving over the applicable legal alcohol limit or while impaired by alcohol, drugs or medication; driving without the required valid licence or by an unauthorised driver; intentional damage or fraud; racing, stunts or prohibited off-road use.
Report any accident, fall, damage, theft or other incident immediately once it is safe to do so. Do not wait until the scooter is returned. An unjustified failure or delay in reporting that prevents reliable assessment or materially prejudices the handling of the incident may invalidate the optional Premium damage benefit, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Injury, an emergency or another reasonable inability to report will be taken into account.
